I did a preview of Rave On Vintage before they opened a few weeks ago and I thought it was about time for a full-on Thrifty Thursday!  This shop is just eye candy for mid-century lovers.  A few of the vendors, including the owners Mike and Chelsea, formerly vended with Hog Wild.  Once Hog Wild closed, Mike and Chelsea decided to take the plunge.  And I'm just so glad they did.  This is my favorite shop for mid-century in the city.

Their eye for furniture is just impeccable.  And with much more affordable pricing than other high-end mid-century places around town, it's not a stretch to get something gorgeous.

Phyllis is one of the vendors and some amazing treasures in the back of the shop!  Another Hog Wild alum, she was excited to jump on board with Chelsea and Mike to help fill the new space with fun finds.

Like this desk that Andy and I were swooning.  She travels all over to find cool stuff for us!

The clothing section is expanding!  You can never own too many vintage dresses.  I mean, really.

Chelsea and Mike!  I'm so glad that let me come in and gawk at all their shop.  I'd love to know if any of you Austinites have stopped by yet!  This is an absolutely must see vintage shop in Austin.  One of my most favorites.
