I'm currently getting my learn on at Blogcademy (eep!!!), but here's a list of fun things I found on the internet this week...or that I just feel are kind of awesome and want to share ^_^

I've been diving into
Editing by Design: For Designers, Art Directors, and Editors--the Classic Guide to Winning Readers on a recommendation from one of Shauna's posts a few months ago. I'm working on my wholesale catalog and this book has been indispensable.
Swiss Miss shared this quote from David Ogilvy. This is exactly how I strive to be when in management positions. I think a lot of people could benefit from acting this way in the workplace.
I made it a goal to finish Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy this month, so I can start Dune in time for Autumn. Hold me to it, please!

Stuff to Make

Katie shared how she cuts up her tshirts...I totally did it on my new shirt from Ermine Vintage.
I love this technique to turn your washi tape into a giant stripey sticker. I bet it would be awesome if you made it from this giant tape and make something comically large!
Turns out everything Heidi Kenney does is awesome. She tried a tip to breathe new life into melamine and it turned out great! I've got a stack of yellow ones from our wedding that I'm dying to try it on.

House Industries has a line of shirts on Uniqlo! AARGH! You know how much I love House Ind.
Gertie made a cat dress that I neeeeeeeeeed.

S'mores forever! S'more skewers.
To counteract the s'mores, Kristen's got some good ideas for veggies.
Now that I've done my civic veggie duty...back to s'mores.
