- I think Heidi Kenney brilliant and didn't hesitate to pick up her new e-book, A Very Merry Advent. It's chock full of holiday crafting and memory making ideas, with an emphasis on making your holidays stress free. I can't wait to work through some of the projects.
- Fashionably Geek shared the best Halloween photos ever.
- Miss Malaprop did a post about me this week! Eep! I've been following her blog for years and was totally stoked to meet her at TxSC this year. We instantly bonded over crafts and nerdy stuff and I love calling her a friend ^_^
Stuff to Make
- Aside from the bajillion holiday crafts I'll be making from the Very Merry Advent book, these DIY Holiday Spool Necklaces look super cute.
- Turn a drop cloth in a statement piece.
- Use cookie cutters to make fun decorative candles!
Stuff to Wear
- Keiko Lynn posted about Swapdom this week and I think it's a fun idea! There's a few usability kinks to work out, but I'll definitely be tossing some fun stuff up there soon.
- Just a reminder that Em & Sprout will always be adorable. Who doesn't need pink bear mary janes?
- Black Milk Clothing has an Adventure Time collection coming out so soon! I want this and this and this and this and...most of it actually.
Stuff to Eat
- Popcorn is one of my most favorite snacks and this Spiced Chocolate Popcorn sounds like everything good.
- S'mores Galore! I think someone in Austin needs to start a blog about S'mores and just cook them in my house every day.
- I love chipotle (the pepper, not the restaurant...I live in Austin, there's no need for that foolishness haha!) bacon and cheese...this has all of them and I want to eat it immediately.
Stuff from TPS this Week
- I turned 30 this week!
- I shared all of October's drawings. It's always so fun seeing them all together.
- This DIY Cat Stamped T-Shirt was super easy to make and it one of my most favorite new crafts!
- Thrifty Thursday was over at Uncommon Objects.
- And just a quick post about one of my favorite scarves to make. The Blair Cowl.
