This year's theme for Women's Day is, "Equality for women is progress for all." I couldn't agree with this more. Having worked in a corporate job where the old-boys-club was firmly set in place, and I was at a director level without the pay or title, I know first hand that there is still a huge gap in the workplace for women. But even though there is still sexism at work, I'm lucky, as a woman, to even be able to work.
