Happy Cheese Lovers Day! You can bet I'll be celebrating like the cheese-hound I am ^_^
I love picking out the silliest holidays each day, but on a more serious note, it's also Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Whether your working, or have the day off, please take a moment to remember who he was and what he did for all of us. My mom actually got to meet him when she was little and wrote a
short article about the experience. He was a brilliant and man who's ideas and teachings are still relevant today.
